The IEE team 

The IEE-ULB administrative team supports the teaching, research and public debate activities organised at the Institute. The President and Director of the IEE-ULB are assisted in their administrative responsibilities by an Executive Manager and Head of Communications, and Research Coordinators. A dynamic team is responsible for student administration, project management and logistics at the Institute.

Academic staff

Around 40 academics affiliated with the IEE-ULB, from 12 EU Member States, provide interdisciplinary and innovative teaching closely linked to their research. Most of these Professors belong to the IEE-ULB's partner faculties, notably the Faculties of Law and Criminology, Philosophy and Social Sciences, and the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

Scientific collaborators are advanced researchers, professors and other experts in European studies from the ULB and elsewhere. Their projects or professional activities are related to one of the IEE's research themes and they actively participate in the development and implementation of the Institute's research agenda and projects.

Visiting researchers

Each academic year, the IEE-ULB welcomes a group of visiting researchers working on our four research themes. They come to Brussels from various universities around the world to further their research and expertise in European studies.
