Series of publications
The IEE-ULB manages three series of scientific publications, each of which is a reference in its field.
Collection: Études Européennes published by Éditions de l’Université de Bruxelles. The collection publishes legal and political science works on major themes in European integration.
Created in 1968 by Jean-Victor Louis, the collection is currently edited by Chloé Brière and François Foret.
The works published in the collection are characterised by their critical view of current issues in European integration and their methodological and disciplinary rigour: from constitutional law for Europe to the European criminal justice area, from comparative politics to international relations, from the history of political ideas to the analysis of the evolution of the EU's institutional system.
Comments by J. Mégret at Éditions de l’Université de Bruxelles. This collection comments on the European Treaties. With more than 30 volumes, it is a reference tool in European law.
Founded by Jacques Mégret in the 1970s, the collection is currently edited by Marianne Dony.
The various topics and issues addressed in the collection are grouped into “major areas” of European law, each coordinated by a renowned specialist: Internal Market (Claude Blumann); Europe and the citizen (Emmanuelle Bribosia and Anne Weyembergh); Economic and social policies (Arnaud Van Waeyenbergh); Competition (Mehdi Mezaguer); Community legal order and Community litigation (Marianne Dony); Institutions (Jean-Paul Jacqué); External relations (Jacques Bourgeois).
Globalisation, Europe, Multilateralism published by Routledge. This series includes books, monographs and textbooks aimed at contributing to scientific innovation in the fields of European and international studies.
Launched in 2013 by Mario Telò and Frederik Ponjaert, this series is currently edited by Ramona Coman and Frederik Ponjaert.
With over 30 volumes published to date, the series continues to position itself as a reference for research and teaching professionals on institutions, norms and practices associated with globalisation, multilateralism and the European Union. The series confirms its role as a publication vehicle for high-quality doctoral theses related to the IEE, as well as its function as a dissemination platform for interdisciplinary collective research produced by the IEE and its partners.
